Nemzetközi konferencia a drogproblémáról

Tata testvérvárosunk az „Európa a polgárokért 2007-2013“ pályázatának programján keresztül szervezte meg azt a kétnapos konferenciát testvérvárosai körében, ahol községünk hattagú küldöttséggel képviseltette magát. A konferencia a kábítószer használat és egyéb káros szenvedélyek megelőzésével foglalkozott, a gyermekek és fiatalok körében. Az önkormányzatok munkatársai, kábítószer szakértők, szakpszichológusok, pedagógusok és egyházi referensek ismertették stratégiájukat, munkájukat és tapasztalataikat. Így „A helyi partnerségek a prevencióért” címet viselő program keretében a tatai, alkmaari, montebellunai, arenzanoi, bystricei és pinczowi referensek mellett a szőgyéni Csongrády Lajos Alapiskola is prezentált. Szabó Melinda igazgató asszony mutatta be az iskola prevenciós programját. Olaszországban és Hollandiában a nemzeti drogstratégiára nem kevés pénzt különít el a kormány, amit az önkormányzatokhoz juttatva, azok alkohol és drog ellenes, valamint családsegítő programok szervezésére fordítanak. Az egyik legfontosabb megelőzési stratégia az, hogy minél később jussanak el a fiatalokhoz a káros szenvedélyek.

Die Angebotsstruktur des Jugendhauses B15 richtet sich an Kinder, Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene im Alter von 6 bis 27 Jahren. Im Offenen Bereich treffen sie sich zum Kickern, Billard spielen oder einfach nur, um bei Kaffee, Cola und kleinen Snacks zu reden.
Wir, die Mitarbeiter, sind hier Ansprechpartner für alle möglichen Situationen und Bedürfnisse oder dienen einfach als Spielpartner für die vielen verschiedenen Spielmöglichkeiten, die das Jugendhaus bietet.
Wer von den Besuchern eigene Ideen zur Gestaltung des Programms hat, der kommt auf die Mitarbeiter zu. Wir überlegen uns dann gemeinsam, wie wir diese umsetzen können.

Dammarie-lès-Lys, d’hier à aujourd’hui

A l’origine de l’introduction du christianisme dans le pays melunais, une modeste chapelle fut élevée sur les bords de la source s’échappant du côteau qui domine Dammarie-lès-Lys. Cette chapelle, dédiée à la Sainte-Vierge, fut à l’origine du nom Dammarie (Dame Marie). Des vestiges retrouvés lors de la construction du chemin de fer permettent, cependant, d’affirmer que l’origine de notre commune remonte plus loin, aux temps gallo-romains.

En 1244 la Reine Blanche de Castille, désireuse de fonder un monastère de cisterciennes près de Melun, sa résidence préférée, ordonne sa construction sur des terres du hameau de Dammarie. Cette abbaye deviendra l’une des plus importantes de l’Ordre de Citeaux.

Die Mobile Jugendarbeit (MJA) ist in den Bereichen Einzelfallhilfe, Gruppenarbeit, Streetwork und Gemeinwesenarbeit tätig.

Die Treffen Donnerstags von 16.30 bis 20.00 Uhr und Freitags von 15.00 bis 20.00 Uhr in den Räumen der Mobilen Jugendarbeit in der Urbanstraße stellen das Hauptangebot der MJA dar.
Am Donnerstag findet die Gruppenarbeit mit einer Clique von hauptsächlich zwölf bis fünfzehnjährigen Jugendlichen statt, welche in der Schule sowie außerhalb der Räume sehr auffällig sind.
Donnerstags finden viele Einzelgespräche statt, man kann gezielt auf die Bedürfnisse des Einzelnen eingehen.

Der Freitags–Treff in der Urbanstraße erfreut sich großer Beliebtheit.
Die Besucherzahlen schwanken zwischen 15 bis 25 Personen, wobei sich am Freitag unabhängig voneinander verschiedene Gruppierungen treffen. Dies sind meist männliche Jugendliche mit Migrationshintergrund. Immer wieder finden aber auch Mädchengruppen den Weg in die Jugendräume der Urbanstraße.

Plan to Prevent Alcohol Abuse by Young People in Alkmaar

Alcohol abuse by young people is one of biggest social problems for local councils in the Netherlands. Use of alcohol in some cases begins at the age of 11 years and many youngsters under 16 have already been drunk on one or more occasions.
Therefore, on April 2nd a Conference on the prevention of alcohol abuse by young people was held in the Alkmaar region Kennemerland. Invited for this conference in Heerhugowaard are municipality mayors and aldermen, policy employees, council members and communication consultants of the municipalities in North Kennemerland, as well as schools, yourth workers and organisations wich work on care and treatment of alcohol and drug addicts and national advisors on alcohol prevention (STAP).  
At the request of the municipalities in the region the GGD (public health authority) under the guidance of the Alkmaar alderman Van Veen has drawn up a broad programme plan.  The programme plan consits of three parts: communication to the general public and parents, educational interventions targetten on youth, and regulations and law-enforcement.

Young People Corner for Education and Work Opened in Alkmaar

The right for children to get proper education en for young people to become economical independent citizens is a task to wich much effort is given to in Alkmaar in this time of economical decline. Young people who leave school with a diploma these years willfind it hard to find jobs. Help and information is needed.
In the ‘worksquare’ for the region Alkmaar recently openend a young people counter and a learning counter. Municipalities, companies and partners in the field of training, education, work and employment work closely together in the ‘worksquare’ to prevent unemployment of young people. They can get help and advise concerning education, diploma, experience certificates and work. Monday 19 January both counters were opened officially.

Aeroclub for Children

11 representations of schools from Community of Pińczów tooks part in Children`s Day organized by Aeroclub in Pińczów. The main attraction were competitions in paper hot air  balloons and Flying Radio Control models show. Children`s Day was a part of “Compare the chance” project, which is financer by Polish-American Freedom Foundation. The best schools wins cups, sweets and awards.

How to Overcome Disabilities?

How to overcome disabilities? – It was a title of two-days-long workshops, organized in Skowronno Dolne near Pińczów, which took place on 20-21`th of June. This workshop show cased practical examples of good practice for including children with disabilities in education and was the great opportunity for their parents to find some institutional formality of aid.
The workshops were organized by “Świetlik” Association. It is  a non-government, nonprofit organization operating since 2001. In 2009 it was registered as a Public Benefit Organization.

Winter Holidays at the Museum

There were lots to do during the February school holidays at Regional Museum in Pińczów. Children`s Art Workshops, Porcelain Painting, Black and White Photography Course, Ceramics and Pottery Workshops and more, were offers for children in the heart of the city.
Holidays at museum were a big hit in winter holidays program in Pińczów at all. During two weeks there was a hundreds of children visiting museum and participating for free in this exciting program. Workshops for children at museum is an alternative to holidays camp, offers creative winter experiences for children. Two week-long winter art classes that teach young artists basic skills while encouraging invention and improvisation take place from half Februar through early March every year. “The children and young people taking part in activities are usually between 7 to 15 years. During these kinds of activities museum will support the children encourage them to action and coming to museum.” – said Jerzy Znojek, head-master of museum.
Some of manual works, done during winter break at the museum, were shown in the exhibition.
